Pastor’s BIO

Missy and I are proud parents of four children (three boys and one girl).  I love to eat Maryland Blue Crabs and I am a die-hard Philadelphia Eagles fan.  I love to play chess and any other game of logic and strategy (anyone for a great game of RISK?)

I graduated in 1993 from Hobe Sound Bible College with a BA in missions and pastoral studies.  In 2013, I finished my Masters of Divinity from Wesley Seminary at Indiana Wesleyan University.

My wife and I have been on mission trips to Guyana (in South America) and Haiti. I have also had the opportunity to travel twice with mission teams to the Dominican Republic.

I came to faith at the age of 12 while on a mission’s trip to Brainerd Indian School in South Dakota with my youth group.  The following year, I sensed a call to full-time Christian service.  After serving for 10 years as a youth pastor, I was honored to serve as the solo pastor of my wife’s home church in Glen Burnie, MD for 11 years.  Since August 2015, our family has been privileged to be a part of the BWC worship community.  We are excited for the opportunity to serve in whatever capacity God decides to lead.
